The products sold on bestdesire.co are all 100% original, purchased from licensees or official distributors, where authenticity and origin are verified.

We want to offer easy to use navigation. We have around 100 brands with over 3,000 products. You can find your product in different ways: go to the main menu and select "product catalog". We recommend to use "filter", so you can select the gender (man, woman, child), the product category (clothing, shoes, bags, accessories) and the sub-category with various types of bags, glasses, shoe models etc. Eventually you can choose to browse the single specific brand, selecting "shop by brand", always selecting the various possible filters of gender, category, subcategory, color, etc. Do a "reset" to the filters if you want to start a new search. We have also created specific collections, which can help you in your search.

We are organized to ship to all countries of the European Community.

We offer FREE shipping up to 4 kg to Italy and the following European Countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary. We cannot offer free shipping to the following countries: Cyprus, Monaco and Malta, but discounted rates are offered.

As indicated, we offer FREE Shipping. At checkout it is possible, optionally, to change the shipping method with improved timing, where possible. In this phase the best solution is proposed in terms of shipping time and weight.

YES ! You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the order for the following reasons:

if you dislike the product; if the product is too big/small, damaged, does not correspond to the product ordered, or if it is not actually in the package or otherwise.
